At the heart of Quesos La Peral beats the story of a father, our founder Antonio León Álvarez. A visionary who in 1923 not only created a cheese factory, but also planted a passion. A legacy that his children nurtured, his grandchildren nurtured, and that today, a century later, remains more alive than ever in every piece we make.

His story is that of many of our fathers: the story of a job well done, of building something lasting, and of teaching us to appreciate authenticity and quality above all else.
