PERALZOLA

• MILK: 100% SHEEP
• TYPE: BLUE PASTA CHEESE

Cheese made with the best selected sheep's milk, becoming the only cheese of its kind in Asturias to date. Ivory white with blue veins. Slightly spicy intense flavor.

PEÑOCEO

• ORIGIN: ASTURIAS
• MILK: 100% GOAT
• TYPE: BLUE PASTA CHEESE

It is a special cheese, made with the best goat's milk, carefully prepared to achieve a product of exceptional quality. Its texture is buttery, and it has all the character that a blue cheese should have.
