Peñoceo blue cheese is the latest addition to the Quesos La Peral family. It is a special cheese, made with the best goat's milk, carefully prepared to obtain a product of exceptional quality. Its texture is buttery, and it has all the character that a blue cheese should have, but with the flavor and quality that characterizes La Peral Cheeses.
Due to the maturation process of Peñoceo blue cheese, it is not available for sale until the end of summer.
